To honor Nine Supreme Head of the Universe the Nine Supreme Self-Discipline is practiced. Nine Supreme Self-Discipline is about practicing 9 days austerity life semi-annually and the penance of controlling taste to purify mind, body and soul by consuming only once a day plain unsalted and oil-free boilded grain for nine days.

Microorganism ✓ Non-Violence: Minimising violence against microscopic life. The microorganisms is lowest forms of invisible life reside in endless numbers and without any hope of release by self-effort. Single root vegetable is infinite-bodied plant, contains with infinite microorganisms, infinite lives and infinite microorganism souls. Consuming a root vegetable plant cause the destruction of countless microscopic life forms within a single root vegetable plant which leads to significant violence and negative karma. These single root vegetable host infinite life forms and cutting the entire root vegetable plant upon harvesting before completing their life-cycle, makes a violence. Single root vegetable have infinite lives even after cutting plant or even after dried it. The dried root vegetable have countless microscopic life. Consuming even single dried root vegetable leads to significant violence of killing countless microscopic lives which leads to negative karma. Committed not to prefer consumption of root vegetable to avoid mass violence of killing infinite microorganisms Single fruit and vegetable grown above ground are one-bodied plant, contains only one microorganism, one lives and one microorganism soul. Single fruit and vegetable grown above ground have only one microorganism even after cutting plant or even after dried it. Single fruit and vegetable grown above ground have only one microscopic life even after dried. Consuming fruit and vegetable grown above ground leads to less violence. Committed to prefer consumption of fruit and vegetable grown only above ground to minimise violence. |
