By 2050, India is expected to become the second-highest in dementia cases, including Alzheimer’s, by surpassing Japan and the United States. This rapid increase in Alzheimer’s cases demands urgent attention and innovative solutions.

Prevention of Alzheimer's Disease

Biological Subgroups

The people residing from centuries inside a region of a state of a country are now a distinct biological subgroups, and are literally brothers and sisters to they each other.
These people should stop marriages inside their biological subgroups, otherwise their next generation will face challanges of genetic disorders of brain.
There is no cure for genetic disorders.

Simple Sugar

Research studies have shown diet high in excess simple sugar increased risk of developing dementia. The long-term effect of high blood sugar, such as inflammation and insulin resistance, which damage brain cells and blood vessels over time.
Some researchers refer to Alzheimer's Disease (AD) as "Type 3 Diabetes".
Stop consuming sugary beverages, flavored drink, sweets, desserts and alcohol.
Let your body digestion to broke natural sugar glucose, cucrose, fructose, maltose and lactose from your vegetarian meal, fruits and milk.

High Saturated Fat

Research studies have shown diet high in excess saturated fats increased risk of developing dementia.
Stop consuming meat, cheese, palm oil, cake, cream, ice cream and mayonnaise.

Ultra Processed Foods

Ultra-processed foods often contain ingredients artificial colours, flavors, sweetners and BHA and BHT preservatives, contain high in calories, saturated fat, salt and sugar. Ultra-processed foods are synthesized in a laboratories and not made from whole ingredients. Research studies have shown diet high in excess ultra processed foods increased risk of developing dementia.
Stop consuming packagess snacks, breads, buns, cookies, pizza, instant soup, instant noodles and sausages.
Let's eat fresh fruits, ground nuts, sunflower seeds and roasted chickpea sattu flour and drink milk.

Highly Refined Oil

Research studies have shown that the consumption of HIGHLY REFINED cooking oils, which are high in OMEGA-6 FATTY ACIDS increases risk of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The heavy processing of these oils create harmful compounds that contribute to chronic inflammation and oxidative stress, damaging brain cells over time. Chronic inflammation is a core feature of Alzheimer's disease (AD), and refined oils may contribute to this process. During high-heat cooking, refined oils oxidize and produce free radicals that damage cells. This damage may harm the blood-brain barrier, allowing toxins and inflammatory markers to enter the brain. Brain scans have indicated that Alzheimer's is associated with an accumulation of beta-amyloid plaques and tau proteins, which act as inflammatory stimuli in the brain. The industrial refining of oils uses high heat and chemicals, which compromise their nutritional value and create harmful substances. This processing strips away natural antioxidants and nutrients. Reheating or reusing oil while cooking promotes the creation of toxic and neurotoxic compounds. The partially hydrogenated highly refined oil is with TRANS FATS which are harmful to brain health.
Many HIGHLY REFINED vegetable oils, such as soybean oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, and sunflower oil, have a high concentration of OMEGA-6 POLYUNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS (PUFAs). The consuption of HIGHLY REFINED vegetable oil imbalance; high in omega-6s and low in omega-3s, which increases neuroinflammation. The research studies have shown that reducing highly refined oil consumption lower Alzheimer's risk.
Stop consuming refined oil which is with unbalanced ratio of OMEGA-6 and OMEGA-3.
Start using unrefined, unadulterated, wood pressed, cold pressed oil with is with balanced ratio of OMEGA-6 and OMEGA-3.
Start using Deshi Ghee made from curd with hand-churned Bilona method which is with balanced ratio of OMEGA-6 and OMEGA-3 and rich in Vitamin K1 & Vitamin K2.
OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS, especially DOCOSAHEXAENOIC ACID (DHA), EICOSAPENTAENOIC ACIDE (EPA), ALPHA-LINOLENIC ACID (ALA) are with anti-inflammatory properties and are crucial for brain health. Research studies have shown that lower OMEGA-3 levels correlate with smaller brain volumes and poorer memory performance.
Don't consume non-vegetarian Cod Liver Oil capsules and Fish Oil capsules for source of OMEGA-3 and avoid animal cruelty.
Let's eat vegetarian OMEGA-3 rich Algae capsules​ (Omega-3 DHA and EPA), Brussels Sprouts (Omega-3 ALA), Flax seeds (Omega-3 ALA), Walnuts (Omega-3 Fatty Acids), Chia Seeds (Omega-3 Fatty Acids) and use less processed cold-pressed Flax Seeds Oil (Omega-3 ALA), and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil (Omega-3 Fatty Acids).

Provide bird food, bird feeder and bird nest to support declining birds species by offering supplementary food source and safe nesting location in extreme weather conditions of intense heatwaves, droughts, prolonged heavy rain, powerful storm and severe cold snap.
Bird feeding activity gives spiritual and mental benefits of naturing compassion, increase nature connection which promote inner peace, reduce metal stress and enriches mental well-being.
Regular feeding birds help to develop empathy, patience and sense of purpose.

Abhaydan

Abhaydan means offering fearlessness and protection from fear.
Abhaydan is compassion activity which primarily involves saving lives of plants, animals and microorganisms.
Protect trees from cutting down. Protect animals and microorganisms from killing.
Provide protection to trees, forest and microorganisms. Provide shelter and protection to animals.
Plant trees, visit animal hospital, animal shelters and gaushala- cow shelter and offer food, water and veterinary treatment.
Regular act of abhaydan promotes positive karma.
